I’ve been buying my anti-virus software for years from PCSecurityShield. I have never been steered wrong. They always have the latest editions and offer the best prices around. My latest buy was the Shield Deluxe which has more to offer than many of the other programs. It was such a good price at 40.00 that it was impossible to pass up. When something new comes out next year I’m sure I’ll be back.
Website rating:I have only bought one product from them but I’m telling you it was the best purchase I ever made. For one reason - it helped me clear up all of my spyware (and boy did I have a lot of it!) but the second reason I will come back here is the customer support. I had one lady on hold for almost 3 hours but through the entire thing she was super nice and walked me through the entire thing. Although I’m not computer illiterate I was having problems because of my other program being installed incorrectly. They fixed everything and had me up and running later that day. Never again will I buy somewhere that makes me pay per minute to talk to customer support!
