My wife was begging me to install a surveillance camera outside of our garage to keep her safer. Now I am NOT a DIY’er and I had no idea if I should call a professional company. I found Smarthome and went looking around to see if there was something I could install myself and they had a ton of great surveillance cameras. When I looked on the side I found that they actually categorized it by the ease of installation. WOW. I was able to find a camera that would take less than 10 minutes to install under the “beginners” category. LOL. Well, I am a beginner and it sure worked for me.
Website rating:With everyone talking about going “green” my family and I decided to try it out. I ended up buying the solar flood light. We were a little apprehensive at first because we had no idea how it was going to work or even if my husband could get the thing up. But it turned out to be much easier than expect. He had it up in about 10 minutes and I have to say I just love it. The price was excellent – much cheaper than what I had seen in other stores. The shipping price was pretty good too. All in all, I’m a very happy customer and would buy from them again.
Website rating:DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS STORE - They offer extremely faulty products that break after a very short time. They do not stand behind their products AT ALL - And their customer service is the worst. After you are on hold for hours trying to explain their products do not work - Josh, Joe or Brian will tell you they are looking into fixing it. They never do - I spent a year trying to get a refund that was promised to me over and over again by Josh and Joe and Brian only to not receive it - even after shipping the product back to them I am still out my money - they should be ashamed of how they run their business– The kicker is - even in my file it says they will give me a refund - but accounting will not allow it- if you are trying to get a refund for a faulty product - my advise - after you will spend hours on the phone at least every two weeks - is to use only email they are all liars at this company and there is no good business practices happening here.
