My son has always preferred Toshiba’s rather than other computers, so this year I ordered him one of the new notebooks. Honestly, my lack of computer knowledge is shameful so I called up their customer support and talked to a woman that was wonderful. When there was something that I didn’t know she didn’t patronize me or talk down to me in any way. She was quite helpful and when asked about my sons computer useage suggested what he thinks is the world’s best computer. Thanks Toshiba!
Website rating:I bought a Toshiba laptop about a year ago but lost the battery while traveling. I had been looking everywhere for it, but found it right where I bought my computer. It was less than another store online and they had quicker shipping times. I even saved 10% because of a promotion going on at the time. Now, I can forget the bigger superstores or other online stores that make you pay big time for shipping. I shoud have stuck with Toshiba in the first place!
